Fabio Renan Ulloa Castillo (born 20 August 1976 Tela, Honduras) is a Honduran footballer who currently plays for C.D. Necaxa as a centre back.

Ulloa has played professionally for Olimpia, and has won seven national championship. He has won a clasura with Águila in 2006 and has represented Honduras in two world cup campaign for 1998 and 2002, and has represented Honduras under every level Sub-17, Sub-19, Sub-20, Sub-23 and senior team.
On 8 August 2010, Ulloa made his debut in the Liga Nacional de Futbol de Honduras with Necaxa against Motagua in a 3-0 win, and scored his first goal on 24 October 2010 against Deportes Savio in a 1-2 defeat.[1]
